As committed vegans, we look forward to helping you learn about homemade pasta!
Many people believe that all pasta is made with eggs – but actually, there are many regions that today still use the traditional eggless method. Good news!
In fact, almost all dried pasta is made without eggs and so actually the majority of pasta eaten by Italians contains no eggs at all.
Unfortunately, nearly all past making classes use the egg method so we look forward to sharing our knowledge with those wanting a plant-based experience.
We can cook & chat together over wine and nibbles and then sit down to eat overlooking the Colosseum!

In this workshop we will teach you two classic pasta dishes.
First, we make “Fettuccine alla Cacio e Pepe” – a machine cut pasta with our vegan version of the famous cheese and pepper sauce.
Second, we make “Gnocchi alla Romana” – a classic and unique potatoe-less gnocchi with fresh tomato sauce.
We’ll also have classic Roman vegetable side dishes as we toast our work!
View the Colosseum from our dining table and we’ll also take you on the rooftop terrace for a cocktail and the best selfie in Rome.
We’re in the Monti neighbourhood, with its many undiscovered gems we’ll happily share with you.
You can very easily reach us with a metro station one minute away and taxis and busses always available.
