Our journey begins in the easy to find Camden Town Tube Station (just outside the main exit). We will make our way through the iconic Camden Market and its surroundings. Although our 3 hour walking tour focuses mainly on mouthwatering food, Camden’s unparalleled collection of unique shops and oddities will provide you with several opportunities to take something special back home with you. Our guide was amazing. We got to sample various bits of food that I’d definitely go back to. A brilliant way to find the best places in the local area to eat.
Everything we tried was incredible and we couldn’t stop talking about it. Would recommend for sure! Plus we got to see the Camden area, which was a lot of fun as well.
This tour was so fantastic mainly because of the excellent guide. There were meant to be a couple of other people on the same tour but they ended up having to cancel. This meant I got my own personal tour! We got along so well that it felt more like I was walking around with a knowledgeable friend than getting a tour from a stranger. I was actually sad to have it end and have such a fleeting friendship =(
The content itself was good in the sense that I got to try a few places that I had never been to and might never have heard of otherwise. I would have loved to have tried more places but on the other hand I was full by the end so not sure how that would work. Maybe more places with smaller portions. I was full by the end so can’t complain and my wonderful tour guide pointed out a lot of other places worth trying as we were walking around, which I’ll be sure to be back to try.
Overall a wonderful experience and hopefully I’ll be back in the area to explore more soon.
