Welcome to our relaxed home, on the 11th floor, overlooking Amstelvleen and Amsterdam se Bos.
Wesley and I would like to share our twist on vegan food, with inspiration taken from our travels. I am currently working on a Vegan cook book so you will get to experience some of the dishes that will feature.

A home made hummus variety, traditional, beetroot or spinach

Believe it or not but this is my rendition of a carpaccio, served with pine nuts and rocket.
VEGAN PECKING LUCK (2)
A twist on Chinese pecking duck, using textured plant base with a plum sauce in a Chinese style pancake.
VEGAN BURGERS (1)
An extremely satisfying burger made with pumpkin base, avo and a chipolte sauce. Served with zucchini ribbon salad.
VEGAN RED COCONUT THAI NOODLES (2)
A rich and vibrant noodle dish made with hearty spices.
VEGAN CHOCOLATE BROWNIE (1)
A deep dark and moist chocolate brownie, you will find it hard to believe that the ingredient breakdown are actually very healthy.
VEGAN COCONUT ICE CREAM (2)
Home made coconut ice cream served on ginger grumble.
